Punishment of the crime

around 09:10 on August 16, 2014, the Defendant, “2014 Highest 2572”, who was urged by the police officers to return home from G to the Fa of the Yangsan Police Station Fabs, who was sent to the police station after receiving 112 report while under the influence of alcohol at the E-point operated by D located in Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si, on several occasions, from G, and the assistant H(45 years old), and take a bath to the above H, and interfere with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the instant report by the said H, while walking the mouth and kneel of the said H.

On November 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:30 on the two-lane road adjacent to the Pyeongtaek-dong, Seosan-dong, Seosan-dong, Hosan-dong, the reservoir, and (b) on the victim I (Nam, 60 years old) driving, the Defendant was unable to set up the said vehicle in writing by blocking the front of the victim I (Seoul, 60 years old) driving.

이에 피해자가 피고인을 피하여 후진하자, 피고인은 두 팔을 벌린 상태로 위 차를 따라가면서 차가 움직이지 못하게 한 후 발로 위 차의 앞 부분을 수회 차고, 운전석으로 가서 피해자에게 서창까지 태워달라고 하면서 차 문을 열려고 하여, 이에 겁을 먹은 피해자가 차 문을 잠그고서 열어주지 않자 피고인은 “이 씹팔놈아 문 열어라, 총으로 쏴 죽여버리겠다”라며 차 문을 잡아당기고 본네트를 양손으로 내리쳐 피해자에게 어떠한 위해를 가할 듯한 행동을 하여 피해자를 협박하였다.
