If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2013, at around 16:18, the Defendant: (a) completed blood donation and reported that the victim D and E enter and correct the passwords of things kept in cash, etc. in order to recover blood donation; (b) the victims entered the password of the things' box into a blood donation room; and (c) removed the correction device within the scope of the correction device by putting one mobile phone of KRW 315,000 at the market price and one mobile phone of KRW 1,00,000 at the market price, and one mobile phone of KRW 1,00,000 at the market price of KRW 315,00,00,000, and one cash of KRW 103,000, face value and KRW 100,000, face value of KRW 1,000, face value of KRW 20,000.
