Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 10, 2015, the Defendant, at around 01:00 to 02:00, carried out locking together at the house of the victim D (C 203) located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, with cash of 100,000 won, transportation cards, and Nonghyup CC cards (E) located under the bend, and stolen them.

2. On June 10, 2015, around 03:36, the Defendant posted a stolen cream card, such as paragraph 1, in the G convenience store payment machine located in Gwangju Mine-gu F, and withdrawn KRW 301,30 against the will of the victim’s manager of the said cash payment period and stolen the password of the said card.

3. On June 10, 2015, around 04:01, the Defendant posted a stolen cream card, such as paragraph 1, on the I convenience store in Gwangju Mine-gu, and then withdrawn KRW 301,300 against the will of the said manager of the said manager of the cash payment period and stolen the password.

4. On June 10, 2015, around 04:02, the Defendant posted a stolen cream card, such as paragraph 1, on the I convenience store in Gwangju Mine-gu, and then withdrawn KRW 51,300 against the will of the said manager of the said manager of the cash payment period and stolen it.
