Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:20 on January 19, 2019, the Defendant driven a B rocketing taxi and proceeded to a string in the IMF distance in Daegu hydro-gu Suwon-gu, with a view to threatening the victim on the ground that the victim C (the 44 years of age) driven by the same room interfered with the course of his/her own, and threatened the victim by reducing the speed of sudden sticking in the front of the damaged taxi running on the two-lane, reducing the speed of sticking again in the front of the damaged taxi that caused damage to the Defendant’s vehicle, and hindering the normal progress of the damaged taxi, such as sudden stopping, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
