A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

An application for compensation by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, the victim D, and the victim C were living in the same village, and the defendant did not distribute water to the victim D with the chairperson of the repair association in the case of the victim D, and the victim C was dissatisfied with the victim C, considering that the victim C thought the defendant's water protection as the victim D and used his water as the victim D.
