Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years and by a fine for 300,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 26, 2017, the Defendant, having entered the D convenience store located in Ansan-si, a Gu around 05:44 on September 26, 2017, and concealed in the Defendant’s inner money, knife (30cm in length) that was located inside the fish-based strawet, thereby going against the body of the Victim E (20cm in length) (an employee of the said convenience store) who was located inside the fish-based strawing.
