A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The seized 1, 1, 300,000 square meters (No. 1) and 1,000 square meters (No. 2) shall be applied.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 05:06 on February 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent tobacco to the victim E (n, female, 22 years of age) who was working in the convenience store for the convenience store by pretending to be a customer in the D convenience store in Osan-si; (b) displayed the transition (10cc in the blade length) of a deadly weapon in the snive machine; and (c) threatened the victim with the danger of 183,00 won in cash and 70,000 won in the market value, thereby getting off the victim from resisting the victim.

2. At around 15:05 on February 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) called the “victim H (n, 18 years of age) who was working in the convenience store in the G convenience store, and had been working in the convenience store, and asked for tobacco to the victim H (n, 18 years of age) who was in the convenience store; (b) threatened the victim with a deadly weapon (10cm in the blade length), and threatened the victim, “in the knivem of the knive length, opening the opening of the city, and opening the city,” thereby preventing the victim from resisting against the State; and (c) forced the victim to take a cash of KRW 3

On February 25, 2013, around 02:42, the Defendant entered the J convenience store located in Ansan-si I, and was working in the convenience store in the convenience store (n, 58 years old), and attempted to take money and valuables by threatening the victim to K (n, female, and 58 years old), who was in the convenience store, to take a deadly weapon, and by threatening the victim to go against, and by threatening the victim to take the money and valuables. However, the Defendant did not go through the wind of the victim’s children’s children in the convenience store, and did not go through the victim’s children in the convenience store.
