Criminal facts

On September 10, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daejeon District Court on September 10, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daejeon Prison on April 14, 2015.

1. On August 2015, the Defendant intruded into a structure or intruded into a structure managed by the victims, or into the residence of victims, for the purpose of theft of another person’s property more than 10 times from around 10:0 to around 30,00, as described in attached Table Nos. 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 20, and 21 from around that time to May 9, 2016.

From August 8, 2015, around 22:00 to August 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victims’ property owned by the victims on 21 occasions; (b) stolen the victims’ property owned by the victims; (c) stolen the victims’ property owned by the victims at night on a daily basis from “E” room located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul; and (d) stolen the victims’ property by impairing the victims’ property or destroying or damaging the correction devices at night, as indicated in the daily list of crimes, from around that time to May 9, 2016, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property owned by the victims by intrudeing the victims’ property owned by the victims, or by impairing the victims’ structure at night, at night.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the total amount of KRW 4,570,000 owned by the victims.

On July 26, 2015, 2011, the Defendant, at the parking lot of the Korean power distribution center located in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-gu, and 563, was cut off with a chain 1 match (100,000,000,000,000 won at the market price of KRW 2,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.
