A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was in a state of weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to mental symptoms caused by side effects among dysson's disease and pharmacologic treatment.

On November 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 11:15, 2017, at the fourth floor of the E Women’s High School building in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, the Defendant: (b) attached a fire to a newspaper located in the newspaper display stand to the building; (c) attempted to destroy the existing building by the said high school teachers and staff and students; (d) but (e) did not intend to discover the said building and extinguish the fire with the wind that the F, a teacher of the said high school, could extinguish the fire by fire extinguishing.

1. On March 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim’s wallets in his/her book while waiting for the victim in order to provide consultation at the office in the Taekwondo hall operated by the victim H in Chang-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (b) cut off the victim’s wall with 372,00 won in cash and 600 won in his/her market value, which is one owner of another victim’s office; and (c) cut off the victim’s wall with 472,00 won in cash and 60,000 won in a market value in which one head of the credit card company in his/her own seat.

On March 31, 2018, at around 17:07, the Defendant: (a) discovered the KS5 car that was parked on the road in front of the Sincheon-si, Changwon-si I; and (b) without any reason, without any reason, there was approximately 15 seconds in front of Bows and front glass; and (c) again, the Defendant destroyed the said car to cover KRW 878,238 of the repair cost, such as unloading the glass and the exchange of watch panel.
