Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Changwon District Court’s branch on August 14, 2014 and was sentenced to two years of suspended execution on October 22 of the same month, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 2 of the same month, and is still under suspended execution.

[Criminal facts] Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he committed the following crimes:

1. On May 4, 2015, the Defendant purchased 2.09g of Mesphere from a person who is in a name in Mesphere through a bus bus line from Mesphere D to 1:40 on May 4, 2015.

2. Medication of Mescamina;

A. On May 2015, the Defendant put 0.03gs in a single-use injection machine among the Mespiles purchased at around 19:00 on May 1, 2015, which was 0.03gs from among the Mespiles purchased at around 19:06, and dilution with water, and injected them into the left part of the blood transfusion.

B. On May 1, 2015, around 19:00, the Defendant put 0.03gs into a single-use injection machine among the Mespiles purchased as above from No. 406 of the F building on the lower half of 19:0, and dilution with water, and injected it into the left part of the blood pipe.

On June 6, 2015, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) put 0.03g of Mespiles purchased as above into a single-use injection machine; (b) injected with water; and (c) injected into the left part of the blood pipe.

On June 19, 2015, around 19:00, the Defendant put 0.03gs into a single-use injection machine among the Mespiles purchased as above from 406 of the F Building No. F, and dilution with water, and injected into the left part of the blood body, and administered it.

3. On May 30, 2015, the Defendant provided 20:00 a.m. 20:00 a.m. Mespiles G free of charge containing 0.01g of Mespiles purchased, as above, in a mutual influorial frequency in a Mespile-dong, and offered them.

4. On July 3, 2015, the Defendant, holding a Mestopian, contained 1.96g of the Mestopians purchased as above in vinyl 406 at around 13:30, 2015, and keep them inside the border of the U.S. TV list.
