1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from May 30, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. According to the purport of the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 and the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff leased a deposit of KRW 60,000,000 from the Defendant on April 20, 2017, for a fixed period of KRW 60,000, and for a period of two years; the Plaintiff notified the Defendant that he/she had no intent to renew the lease contract on January 26, 2019 and delivered the said No. 4.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, since the lease contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant between the Defendant was terminated on April 19, 2017, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff a deposit of KRW 60,000,000 and damages for delay by 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 30, 2019 to the day of full payment.
