1. The Defendant shall pay 85 million won to the Plaintiff the annual rate of 12% from November 21, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings in the evidence Nos. 1 through 3 and the video, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on October 2, 2015, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 85 million, from November 2, 2015 to November 1, 2017, and paid the lease deposit, and received the said apartment, and thereafter extended the lease period until November 1, 2019. The fact that the Plaintiff asserted the termination of the said lease agreement and delivered the said apartment to the Defendant around November 20, 2019.

According to the above facts, since the above lease contract has been lawfully terminated on November 1, 2019, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount equivalent to 85 million won and the amount equivalent to 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 21, 2019 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
