Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2015, at around 20:30, the Defendant driven a B Bbenz car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.119% in a section of approximately 800 meters from the front road to the old road of the same scoo-ri village (Oero 64), Haak-gu Haak-gu, Hasan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, Sinsan-si.
