A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

3 billion won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, may issue sports betting tickets (hereinafter referred to as "sports soil") or other similar acts.

Nevertheless, the Defendant conspired with D and E to open and operate a private sports earth site.

Accordingly, on September 201, the Defendant opened a sports soil site where domain addresses are moved from time to time, such as F, G, H, I, etc. with a server and office overseas through a business operator installing and operating a server and operating the off-name server, through which members of the above site receive money from predicting the boarding failure of sports-related games, such as domestic and foreign axiss, camping districts, and farming districts, and received money according to the results. From September 201 to January 21, 201, the Defendant: (a) provided an office in Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City J building 2020 and 201; (b) provided an employee who directly hired the above sports soil site to publicize or attract members; (c) managed the above sports soil site operation-related accounts for the same period; and (d) provided that members of the above site receive money from members in accordance with the aforementioned attached method, and (d) transferred money from members to 3016,516,516,61,61,61,200 accounts in the total account.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with D and E, obtained approximately KRW 3,00,000,00 and opened a gambling space for profit-making purposes by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things equivalent to KRW 121,461,661,530.
