Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased a private sports soil site G from a private site seller’s name in the private site server (hereinafter “F”); (b) around that time, the Defendant established a database server of the said site in order to borrow an office in the Hapo-si H apartment 104 and 402 room; (c) shared the roles as above with C, D, and E; and (d) transferred the amount of money equivalent to KRW 1,493,795,964 from the members affiliated to the said site from December 16, 2013 to October 6, 2014; and (d) received money in total from them, from them, and received money equivalent to KRW 1,493,795,964 by means of the Internet search; and (d) received money from members prior to holding the games; and (e) transferred money from members by means of predicting their success, failure, and points; and (e) transferred money from members to 2000 Do.25.
