1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 21,585,843 as well as KRW 20,896,069 among them, from October 15, 2016 to the day of full payment.

The fact that the cause of the claim is indicated (However, “creditor” is “Plaintiff” and “debtor” is “Defendant”) has no dispute between the parties. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by the agreed interest rate of 24% per annum from October 15, 2016 to the date of full payment of the principal and interest amount of KRW 21,585,843 with credit card payment to the Plaintiff, and the principal amount of KRW 20,896,069, which is the day following the base date for calculating the principal and interest.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
