1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 39,436,742 and KRW 28,266,67 among them, from March 18, 2016 to the day of full payment.

The fact that the cause of the claim is indicated (However, “creditor” is deemed “Plaintiff” and “debtor” is deemed to be “Defendant”) has no dispute between the parties. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 39,436,742 won with the transfer money and 28,266,67 won with the principal, 18% interest rate per annum from March 18, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the base date for calculating the principal and interest.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
