Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a similar business establishment that enables women engaged in commercial sex acts to find out the above business place and to see the sexual organ of unspecified male customers by taking advantage of their hands and hand, with the trade name of "C DNA room" on the 3th floor of the Gu's Government-si B building, 4 general DNA room, simple bedrooms, marina diesels, water shoots, etc., and four rooms equipped with sexual traffic.

On October 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on October 25, 2015, the Defendant provided a similar act with cash of KRW 500,000 as the price for the similar act to a police officer who pretended to be a customer; (b) provided a guidance to a room room; and (c) provided a similar act by sending sexual traffic women into a room
