Punishment of the crime

[20, 436]

1. A thief: (a) around 13:39 September 18, 2019, the Defendant: (b) stolen B buses operated in the military direction from Singu to Sin Singu; (c) with cash 100,000 won, and KB’s national cards, etc. consisting of the victim Chicked cash 10,000 won; and (d) with a verification reflect wall that is equivalent to KRW 100,

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On September 19, 2019, at around 20:19, the Defendant: (a) used E-si operated by the victim D; and (b) did not have the right to use the stolen C’s KB National Card; (c) paid 8,300 won to pay the same amount; and (d) acquired financial benefits equivalent to the said amount.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired economic benefits by deceiving the victim and used the stolen credit card.

B. At around 20:28 on the same day, the Defendant, after using a G taxi operated by the Victim F, paid 3,800 won, even though he/she did not have the right to use the said stolen KB National Card in the name of the victim C, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired economic benefits by deceiving the victim and used the stolen credit card.

[207] At around 18:30 on September 2, 2019, the Defendant, at the back of the “I” text of the “I,” located in H apartment at Sinpo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, on the ground that the victim J (Nam, 7 years of age) in front of the extracted machine did not go to his/her hands, was her hand, and her hand knife the victim’s hand before the Defendant and her knife the victim’s hand at one time.
