A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled Mebacule (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) as follows:
1. On September 28, 2015, around 07:00, the Defendant administered chophones in the “E” telephone in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, by crooping F along with chophones 0.05g to a coffee.
2. On December 24, 2015, the Defendant administered philophones in a 'H’ telephone G located in Sungnam-si G around 18:00 on December 24, 2015, using 0.05g philophones and crophones to a coffee.
3. On April 2016, the Defendant administered phiphonephones in the “J” telecom located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, J, J, 09:00 on a first-come-served date, with F, in a way of casting 0.05g of phiphones to coffees.
4. On Oct. 1, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by means of injecting K with a single-use injection device 0.05g of philophones within the trade in the trade in the Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu movement at around 15:00, the first day of October 2016.
5. On October 2016, at around 11:00, the Defendant administered philophones by means of injecting 0.05g of philophones with K in the “M” telephones located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L with K in a single-use injection device.
6. On October 2016, at around 12:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by means of injecting 0.05g of philopon with K at Moel with K in a single-use injection device at G, Gangdong-gu Seoul.
7. On February 2, 2017, at around 19:00, the Defendant administered philophones by means of injection with K incopon 0.05g of philophones into the blood line with K incopon 0.05g of a single-use injection device in the trade in the street-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
