A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant, who is not a person dealing with narcotics, is not a person dealing with narcotics, is not allowed to sell or administer clophophones (the cophophone, hereinafter “copphones”), the Defendant dealt with copphones as follows.

1. On September 2015, the Defendant received philophones from E to E without compensation at the “DMoel” located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul at the end of the mid-term period, in which the Defendant received 0.16g of philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On September 2015, 2015, at the guest room located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul at the time of the mid-term bordering, E administered phiphones by having E injecte the volume of 0.03g gopon into its right-hand spon, after dilutioning the volume of 0.03gopon into aquatic water, using a single-use injection device.

B. On December 2, 2016, at the “Gel” guest room located in the North-gu, Northern-si F at the time of the mid-to-day bordering, for the purpose of diversating the volume of 0.03g gopon into the copon to its right-hand copon, after dilution the volume of 0.03g gopon into the copon.

On December 2016, 2016, after dilution the volume of 0.03g gopon received from E from the guest room located in the "Icom" Sin-gun, Busan Metropolitan City (H), as described in paragraph 1, the Defendant was administered with a single-use injection device to the right side of the Defendant, using a single-use injection device.

(d)

On January 13, 2017, the amount of 0.03g philopon received from E, as described in paragraph 1, at the north-guJ and dwelling at the north-gu, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, and Mapoon administered the philopon by dilutioning the volume of 0.03g glopon into the right side of K with a single-use injection device.

E. On March 1, 2017, around 01:00, at the guest room of “Mel” L in south-gu L at a port, E injected 0.03g of opononon, by having E injecte the volume of 0.03g of opon into its right-hand sponon, using a single-use injection device.

F. On March 13, 2017, the amount of penphone 0.03gh (03g) received from E, as described in paragraph 1, at the place of residence located in the North-guJ in the north-gu, Mapo-si, Mapo-si.
