The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, the lower court’s determination that the instant facts charged were guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justifiable, and there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the relevant legal doctrine.

Meanwhile, the argument that the court below erred in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the legitimate act of causing property damage is not a legitimate ground for appeal, which is alleged in the ground of appeal by the defendant, or that the court below did not consider it as a subject of judgment ex officio.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
