Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of 7,00,000 won, by imprisonment of 6 months, and by a fine of 2,00,000 won, respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 14, 2014, at around 03:10, Defendant A driven a G rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.138% in the section of about 3km from the front of a singing practice room in which it is impossible to identify the trade name in the Pyeongtaek-dong of Jinju-si to the front of a restaurant at the same time.
2. When Defendant A and Defendant B received a report while driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol at the time and place specified in the foregoing Paragraph (1), and discovered it to the police officer called out, the mother of the case. The Defendants tending the case as if Defendant A’s friendship C was a driver at the time when Defendant A’s friendship C was a driver at the time and exempted Defendant A from the liability for the crime, and if the fine is imposed on C due to this, Defendant B conspired to pay it by proxy.
Defendant
At around 16:02 on October 16, 2014, A called C to the effect that C was driving the rocketing car immediately before the detection of drunk driving, and that C was urged to make a statement in the police investigation, and that C was notified of summons in the police investigation, Defendant A notified C of the content of the police investigation at around 20:49 on November 11, 2014, and that C would be urged to pay the fine even if the fine was imposed on C through C through the Kakakakakao Stockholm on November 13:57 on November 13, 2014.
On November 14, 2014, at around 13:40 on November 14, 2014, C made a false statement to the effect that C himself/herself driven the instant rocketing car around 03:10 on October 14, 2014 to the police officer assistant in charge, at the office of the Gyeongnam Police Station in Jinju-si, Jinju-si and the Transport Investigation Team.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to induce C to escape the Defendant A who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
3. The Defendant C is in line with the guard traffic of the police station of Jinnam on November 14, 2014, around 13:40.
