1. Facts of recognition;
A. Defendant Isel Comprehensive Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Isel Comprehensive Logistics”)’s claim for the transport price against Defendant Isel Comprehensive Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Isel Comprehensive Logistics”) was not paid the Defendant KRW 29,648,457 (hereinafter “the instant claim”) based on the contract of carriage from Dong-JS presses Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dongbu Construction Co., Ltd.”) by dividing a part of the business on January 3, 201, and was established at the present time. hereinafter “Dong-JSs”) from Dong-JS presses Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dongbu Construction Co., Ltd.”).
B. Defendant Ael General Logistics Co., Ltd. (1) transferred KRW 6,760,680, out of the instant claims against the same title frame to the Plaintiff on January 6, 2011, and on January 6, 2011, the said notification was notified on the same title frame to the Plaintiff on the basis of a certificate with a certified fixed date, and on January 10, 2011, the said notification reached the same title frame. (2) As regards the instant claims, the attachment and collection order, the assignment of claims based on the certificate with a certified fixed date, and the provisional seizure order on the claim was served on the same title frame as follows.
