On June 30, 2010, the Plaintiff acquired KRW 212,000,000 among the extreme installment claims for film “nived” (hereinafter “instant claims”), which was scheduled to be opened on September 16, 2010 from Defendant MND Co., Ltd., Ltd. (formerly changed Company MNFC), and MNC served a notary public on September 2, 2010 with a certified fixed date as a law firm, by registered mail, on the notice of transfer.

B. As to the instant claim, the following notice of assignment of claims, seizure and collection order, and provisional seizure order were served on the media director.
