The defendant shall be innocent.

1. On January 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) considered the phrase “low interest loanable by cell phone at a place where it is difficult to know the place; (b) sought advice from a person under a false name misrepresenting him/her as the head of the OO AP team in connection with the loan; and (c) provided that there is no earned income, it may be impossible to grant a loan by lowering credit rating if there is no earned income. However, under the law, if money is deposited to the head of the Tong in the name of his/her employee, it is possible to grant a loan whose credit rating is below the credit rating due to the occurrence of transaction details if it is returned to the sender of the bank; and (d) notified him/her of his/her name in writing that the money was collected through a property crime, such as theft and fraud; and (e) notified him/her of his/her name in writing to receive money immediately.

On January 17, 2017, at a place where the location of around 10:00 is unknown, the name-unexploied person urged the victim AS to “it is possible to obtain a credit card loan of KRW 2.9% from the government to cover KRW 80,000,000, and then to make a loan of KRW 100,000,000,000 from the damaged person via AT,” and let the victim deposit the loan of KRW 15,00,000 to the account in the name of the defendant.

On January 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) visited Q Q cooperative account (AR) in one million won deposited by the injured party in one’s name due to the influenite’s loan fraud; (b) visited and withdrawn from AU, Q Q cooperative; and (c) moved from A Q cooperative to a place less than 200 meters away from A Q cooperative to a 200-meter away from AO bank, and sent to the unfluencing withdrawal book.

Accordingly, the defendant provides a bank account in his name to facilitate the fraud of the person without name, and the victim's damage to this account.
