A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2011, the Defendant: (a) entered a file format (htp:/www.leleleuri.com) which is a file sharing site; (b) made his/her computer as a file sharing server; and (c) set up a “book”, which is an exclusive P2P program of the file format site, to enable an unspecified number of people to share a file.

From that time, it shared obscene materials stored in one’s own computer using this program, and, whenever many and unspecified members receive obscene materials, they have received points and received pecuniary benefits.
