1. Paragraph 2 is a disposition in the attached Form No. 2012-072 against the Plaintiff on May 4, 2012.

1. Facts recognized;

A. On August 20, 2004, the Plaintiff et al., as the Plaintiff, etc., was a company with only one another’s electric cable company.

The Korea Electric Cable and the Korea Electric Cable Co., Ltd. shall be reduced as such, and the name of another company shall also be omitted from the indication of “stock company” for convenience.

The Korea Electric Cable Industry Cooperative (hereinafter referred to as the "Electric Cable Cooperative") is a non-profit incorporated association established for the purpose of promoting the sound development of the electric cable industry and the enhancement of common interests among its members, and is an enterprisers' organization under Article 2 subparagraph 4 of the Fair Trade

B. On October 31, 2006, the Defendant conducted an on-site investigation as to whether the Plaintiff engaged in unfair collaborative acts in the electricity purchase bid conducted by the Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Electric Power Corporation”) against the Plaintiff.

On November 1, 2006, the following day, the Plaintiff submitted evidentiary materials on bid collusion ordered by Hanwon to the Defendant, and filed an application for voluntary report.

B. On March 23, 2007, the Secretary General of the defendant confirmed that the plaintiff "the plaintiff on March 23, 2007 is in the status of the first investigative partner under Article 35 (1) 3 of the Enforcement Decree of the Fair Trade Act, which was partially amended by Presidential Decree No. 18768 on March 31, 2005.
