A. The Plaintiff’s position and Korean Electric Cable Co., Ltd., ELS Co., Ltd., Gaz Electric Cable Co., Ltd., Gaz Electric Cable Co., Ltd., KONS Cable Co., Ltd., KONS Cable Co., Ltd., Kukdong Cable Co., Ltd., Kukdong Cable Co., Ltd., Ltd., Kuk Cable Co., Ltd., Ltd., Hank Cable Co., Ltd., Hank Cable Co., Ltd., Ltd., Hank Cable Co., Ltd., Ltd., continental Cable Co., Ltd., continental Cable Co., Ltd., Ltd., continental Cable Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., 1999, Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., 1999, Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., 200, etc., for the purpose of promoting the mutual development of the Plaintiff Co., Ltd. and promotion of its mutual interests (hereinafter “Plaintiff Co., Ltd.”).
B. Although there are 300 or more companies involved in the domestic cable market, the market share of the upper five companies based on the turnover at the end of 2007 is 60.4% (ELS 26.7%, 17.6%, 6.5%, 6.5%, 5%, and 3.1%).
