1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B and Defendant C jointly share KRW 337,723,050, as well as those related thereto from June 6, 2015.
Reasons
In fact, the parties concerned are special corporations established for the purpose of receiving deposits and installment savings from their members, lending funds to its members, etc. The defendant corporation is an appraisal corporation established under the Public Notice of Values and Appraisal of Real Estate Act (hereinafter "Real Estate Disclosure Act"), and the defendant C, the defendant D, the defendant E, the defendant F, the defendant G, and the defendant H are the appraisers belonging to the defendant corporation or the appraiser.
For the purpose of securing loan claims in implementing loans to loan applicants, the Plaintiff requested the Defendant corporation to conduct an appraisal of each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter the individual real estate is referred to as "real estate or .... real estate" in the order of entry, and the entire real estate is referred to as "each real estate of this case").

Separate from the appraiser’s column, an appraisal report contains a review confirmation column stating “The content of the appraisal is deemed reasonable as a result of a fair and sincere examination,” and the signature and seal is signed and sealed.” Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, Defendant G, and Defendant H signed and sealed each real estate in the review confirmation column, as indicated in the “examiner” column in the following table:
