1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. D's view 1) D's view is E, E is limited to 8 years of age from E to 8, F's self-loss is 4 years of age, F's self-loss is 3 South G, 4 South H is ma, son I and 2 South J are remaining only. The descendants of J are currently K. 5, and J are 5 South Korea, and N in South, 2 South, 3 South, 3 N, 4 south N, 5 South and North P is NA, and NA descendants are NAM.
B. As to the transfer of ownership on each real estate listed in the separate sheet, each real estate listed in the separate sheet is classified as “each real estate of this case” and the sequence of sequence Nos. 1 through 5, 10 through 14, 17, and 18 listed in the separate sheet.
(1) On October 31, 1913, after being under the name of S, the transfer of ownership was registered on November 28, 1929 in T and U’s name. On November 11, 1931, U, V, W, X, and C (hereinafter “U et al.”)
(2) Each real estate Nos. 6 through 9 of this case was replaced by U on February 28, 1991, after being subject to an assessment under the name of Y, under the name of Y. The real estate Nos. 15 of this case was assessed in the name of T and U, and the real estate Nos. 16 of this case was assessed in the name of U and 4 other.
3) Each real estate Nos. 19 and 20 of the instant case was purchased from Z on November 26, 1929, and the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of TU. . On December 21, 1931, the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of U and four persons. 4) On April 23, 1920, each real estate Nos. 21 and 23 of the instant case was assessed in the name of AA on April 23, 1920, and the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of T and U on November 26, 1929, and the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of AB and AC on September 19, 1970.
5. At present, the registration of ownership transfer has been completed in the name of the defendant clan on March 1, 1940 on the ground of donation on March 1, 1940 with respect to each real estate set forth in the Nos. 1 through 5 and 13 through 23, and the registration of ownership transfer has been completed in the name of the defendant clans on December 7, 1993, respectively.
