1. The Defendant shall pay 173,710,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 31, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Around August 8, 2014, the Plaintiff received a contract from the Defendant for the part of the subdivision construction among the 5th floor computer unit remodeling works of the Nonghyup Bank, with the construction cost of KRW 193,710,000, and on the 23th of the same month in the payment period. After that, the Plaintiff completed the said subdivision construction and delivered it to the Defendant; the Plaintiff requested construction payment when issuing a tax invoice to the Defendant on September 30, 2014; the fact that the Defendant paid KRW 20,000,000 to the Plaintiff out of the construction cost does not conflict between the parties; or that the Defendant paid KRW 20,00,000 among the construction cost to the Plaintiff may be acknowledged by comprehensively taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings in each statement (including each number)

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the remaining construction cost of KRW 173,710,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from March 31, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case filed by the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
