A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of seven million won due to a violation of road traffic law (driving), etc. in the support of the Daejeon District Court in the Daejeon District Court on the 2013th day.
