A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

2. Fire prevention of general goods;

A. On November 26, 2014, at around 22:17, the Defendant left the lower part of the plastic garbage collection box, which was located there, as an incombustible tool possessed after the building of Qgu, Nam-gu, Incheon.

After the garbage tank was installed, the Defendant destroyed the removal of waste equivalent to approximately KRW 300,000 in the market price and caused public danger.

B.
