Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of B SP car volume.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, around August 8, 2017, the Defendant operated the car volume that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the main road of the military branch in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the main road of the main road in front Dongdaemun-gu.
