Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 12, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of assault at the Busan District Court on September 21, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On July 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 22:50 on July 19, 2019, at the “Dcafeteria” operated by the victim C (n, 62 years of age) in the Dong-gu Busan, Busan, the Defendant expressed the victim’s drinking; (b) however, the Defendant refused the Defendant’s drinking on the ground that the Defendant’s drinking was not properly calculated, and that the level of drinking level was not calculated, the Defendant’s drinking was “Yh, Y, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I will do not want to die; and (c) I, I want to attend this C, I, I will want to die; and (d) I, I would like to interfere with the Defendant’s business by force during the period of 50 minutes of business, such as the victim’s drinking.
