Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from August 18, 2015 to August 19, 2015, 773, hereinafter “C” in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, was the third day on a daily basis from around August 18, 2015 to around August 19, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

The defendant of "2016 High 776" is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle of the TPP C&P.

On March 3, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.080% during blood transfusion on March 3, 2015, driven the said vehicle on the road at the entrance of the National Cemetery at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul), and driven a approximately 30 meters distance from around 4.19 to March 3, 2015.
