1. Defendant D, E, F, I, and J shall jointly:
A. As to the Plaintiff A’s KRW 151,938,368 and KRW 6,221,60 among them, the Plaintiff’s KRW 151,938 and KRW 6,600 among them.

1. Facts of recognition;

3) The Defendants’ position and tenure of office are as listed in the following table. Defendant D is the wife of L; Defendant D’s spouse; Defendant J is L’s spouse; and Defendant J is L.
