1. Basic facts

A. 1) Around January 9, 1998, K and its wife M, etc.: (a) Around January 9, 1998, S established for the purpose of “a non-corporate group established for the purpose of S to recruit members from professors and their spouses of full-time instructors or higher, and receive money in the name of long-term mutual-aid savings benefits and cash trust benefits from its members, and pay the principal and interest after a certain period of time has elapsed; (b) K, as a general director of S and the head of Seoul Branch, exercised the final approval authority of S’s expenditure while taking overall charge of all the tasks of S; and (c) N from February 9, 200 to August 2012, 20 each of the directors of S, and P from February 20 to August 20, 200 to December 2012.

3) The Defendants’ positions and terms of office in S are as listed below. Defendants H and I are K’s children, and Defendant G are K’s Republic of Korea. From January 26, 200 to August 2012, C outside directors: D outside directors around 200 to around August 2012, 200 to around May 200 to around 3, 201, the E outside directors, Busan Branch Chairperson from May 200 to around 200 to around 21, 200 to around 200 to around 200, the Plaintiff is the director of the F outside director, Gwangju Branch Chairperson from around 200 to August 2, 2012, from around 200 to around 200 to around 21, 200 to 31, 201 to 200 to 31, 201 to 21, 20 to 31, 201.

B. On June 17, 2009, the Plaintiff subscribed to 462,000 won per month to S for 336 months (28 years) (hereinafter referred to as 600 unit of subscription), and paid a total of 16,632,00 won by September 1, 2012, the Plaintiff subscribed to 16,632,00 won for 336 months (hereinafter referred to as 30 years) (hereinafter referred to as 16,632,00 won) and 462,00 won per annum.
