A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 2841"

1. On July 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a G-string vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.22% alcohol concentration at a section of about 300 meters from the front of the D church located in C at Seopopopo City, to the front of the F store located in E, at approximately 00 meters.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle with the highest bid in G.

On July 17, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, driven a vehicle with the highest level of alcohol and continued to turn to the right at a speed of about 20 km from the right side of the D church to the same ethm from the right side of the F shop located in Seopopo City E.

In such a case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle by yielding the course from the vehicle to the intersection when there is another vehicle seeking to temporarily stop prior to entering the intersection and make the left and the right well look at the road before entering the intersection, and the width of which is broad.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as light salt, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, due to the influence of drinking, due to the above occupational negligence.
