1. The punishment of the accused shall be ten months of imprisonment;

2.Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million due to a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving), etc. at the Daejeon District Court, and on May 15, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million due to a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court.

1. 2015 high group 904

A. On September 20, 2015, the Defendant driven a B-hand car with alcohol content of about 0.149% while under the influence of alcohol without a driver’s license from around 18:14,000 to around 98:1,00,00 Seog-si, Seosan-si, Seosan-si, the 1,000,000 to the road before the same Eup/Myeon B-Hand.

As a result, the defendant, who violated the prohibition on drinking at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle without a driver's license in violation of the above provision.

B. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act operated an automobile with the highest bid without mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

2. Highest 2016 214

A. On March 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.130% without a motor vehicle driver’s license on March 1, 2016, under the influence of alcohol 0.130% from the road front of “the changed drinking point” located in the Dong-si, Seoggu, Seog-si on March 1, 2016 to the front road of “Domi Party” located in the same 307-37, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.130% in the blood alcohol level without a motor vehicle’s license.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, and drives a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol without a driver's license in violation of the above provision.

B. On March 13, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) operated a car with B in the section of about 1km without a driver’s license from March 13, 2016 to the front road of the “Neman Sea State” located in the 2nd Dong-gu, Seog-si, Seog-si, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul, to the end of the “Neman Airport” located in the 58-ro, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu.
