Reasons
1. On July 6, 2012, Defendant Two Village Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Yew Village”) entered into a contract with Defendant Korea Railroad Corporation for cleaning of general vehicles, the main contents of which are to conduct cleaning services at the lusent lusent rolling stock office operated by Defendant Two Village Co., Ltd. during the contract period from July 7, 2012 to March 31, 2014, as an enterprise specialized in cleaning and sanitation services, and carried out affairs inside and outside the train and outside the U.S. dollars in the Blus Station by employing approximately 37 workers working in lusium.
