Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 1, 2019, at around 20:42, the Defendant requested KRW 5,700 to pay KRW 5,000,00, within the taxi that arrived in front of the exit of 73 and 2 stations in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu.

Therefore, although the victim demanded the remainder of the charges, the defendant added the need.

The victim, who did not pay the money, called “I am to go to the police if you do so.”

The defendant boomed the victim's face with his hand, and assaulted the victim's face on several occasions by drinking.
