A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 24, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment due to a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence), etc. at the inner branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 26, 2010.

1. On June 2, 2012, at around 03:06, the Defendant driven C Ecoo motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.153% at the section of about 1km from the front of the Hongcheon-gun Hongcheon-gun Hongcheon-gu Hongcheon-gu Hongcheon to the road in front of the Hongcheon Police Station, which is located in the same Eup Eup.

2. At around 22:00 on September 21, 2012, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) stopped G-si from the victim F, who was on the street in front of the E-cafeteria located in Gangwon-gun D and was on board the said taxi to get a reservation customer; and (b) caused the victim to the effect that “I would allow the victim to use other vehicles because I are under way to get a hand call,” on the ground that the victim tolds that “I would like to get the victim to get off the said taxi, I would interfere with the victim’s taxi business by force by avoiding disturbance for about 10 minutes, such as not getting off from the said taxi.”

[2012 Highest 314] On October 21, 2012, the Defendant driven a coos car without obtaining a driver’s license in the state of 0.192% alcohol level from around 50 meters away from the front day of the “shelst stop Packing car,” which is located in the Jinsari-ri of Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, to the front day of the police box at the Jinsari-si, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, the Defendant driven a coos car without obtaining a driver’s license.
