Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the operation of the taxi by force, including by force, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the operation of the taxi, on the ground that the taxi operated by the victim C ( South, 54 years old) was engaged in the business in the inside of the taxi by the victim C, a corporation of the victim C ( South, and 54 years old), who received the Kakao call and intended to move customers to the outside of the taxi driver’s seat, on the ground that he/she was engaged in the business in the inside of the taxi.
