Punishment of the crime

On November 22, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.0666% from blood alcohol level around 06:55, the Defendant driven B Opop car over about 20 km from the roads near the National University located in the Dong of Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the point of 122.3km from the mountain direction of the Seoul and the outer circular Highway located in Cheongdo-si.
