Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On July 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Northern District Court on July 21, 2016 and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 29, 2016.
【Criminal Facts】
The Defendant: (a) caused an accident by taking part of the space between vehicles that run slowly in a narrow side road, etc. where a house is located, and then facing one’s own arms (hereinafter referred to as a “defensors”); and (b) decided to obtain money from a vehicle driver or his insurance company in the name of agreement or treatment by driving as the victim of a traffic accident as if he was the victim of the traffic accident.
