A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on the 25th of the same month by imprisonment with prison labor for six months in the Changwon District Court's Msan branch.
