Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

In 2010, the defendant is the president of the Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association established for the purpose of constructing multi-family housing in the House B of the Government around 2010.

Where a member requests perusal or reproduction of documents and related data concerning the implementation of an improvement project, the executives of the association shall comply with such request within 15 days.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not comply with the request within 15 days after receiving a request for perusal or reproduction of the construction work contract entered into between the said union and F (State), which is a document concerning the implementation of a rearrangement project from E of the said union, at the above office of the Government-Si, around April 29, 2020.
