Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the Busan Dong-gu E Housing Redevelopment Project Association.

Where an association member or owner of land, etc. requests perusal or reproduction of documents and related materials concerning the implementation of a rearrangement project, the association's executives shall comply with such request within 15 days.

On August 3, 2012, the Defendant did not comply with the request of the said G within 15 days, despite the receipt of a request for copying related documents, such as the minutes and stenographic records of the special general meeting of the association held on August 2, 2012 from the office of the E Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and from G, the landowner.
